Job summary

World Wide Technology in the United States seeks a Tier 3 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to join Day 2 Operations. You’ll provide advanced-level support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, collaborating with Tier 1/2 teams and vendor teams to resolve incidents.

Candidates should have 7+ years in MS Dynamics 365 support, strong RCA skills, ITIL familiarity, and experience with Dataverse, security, and integrations. This remote role offers comprehensive benefits and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical support role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with proven RCA and clear resolution steps.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to own complex issues end-to-end.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, support and resolve complex incidents across Dynamics 365 environments as final escalation point.
• Manage security configurations and Entra ID authentication troubleshooting.
• Lead end-to-end incident resolution with documented RCA and solutions.
• Open and manage Microsoft support tickets with accurate tracking and communication.
• Collaborate with Tier 1/2 and vendor support teams for escalations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and environment details in the ticketing system.
