Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers across our AI-powered platform. You will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction by aligning with executives, managing onboarding, and leading adoption initiatives.

You will identify expansion opportunities, mitigate churn through data-driven health signals, and partner with Sales to close upsell opportunities while delivering measurable ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell discussions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• T perform Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts and build executive partnerships.
• Develop multi-year success plans, manage churn risk, and drive adoption.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account planning.
• Lead onboarding programs and ensure cross-team coordination for Tier-1 projects.
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap and advocacy.
