Job summary

Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage ~20 high-impact financial institution customers across a remote US region. You will drive retention, adoption, and expansion using our AI-powered communications platform, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing roles, strong executive presence, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing roles handling Tier-1 or enterprise accounts.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand business, technical and operational needs.
Strong technical aptitude and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
Collaborative across sales, product, support, implementation, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and build executive relationships.
Conduct strategic business reviews to ensure ROI and value realization.
Drive adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
Program-manage onboarding across multiple teams and locations.
Collaborate with Sales on account planning and expansion opportunities.
Relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap and improvements.
Track health, retention, and expansion metrics; maintain CRM records.
