You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes through our AI-powered platform while driving retention, growth, and satisfaction. In this role you will manage relationships, develop multi-year success plans, identify churn risks, and collaborate with Sales to close expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (CA, CSM, or account management) in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Experience managing Tier-1/enterprise accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Develop and execute multi-year success plans.
• Identify churn risks and drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning for upsell.
• Onboard and drive adoption across multiple teams.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product.
