Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to deliver ROI from our AI-powered platform while driving retention, growth and customer satisfaction.

You will lead relationship management, craft long-term success plans, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation to ensure adoption and expansion across the customer base.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell discussions.
• Strong communication and executive relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Tier-1 Relationship Management: act as strategic advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Customer Success Strategy: develop multi-year success plans and mitigate churn risk.
• Revenue Growth: identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsell.
• Onboarding and Adoption: program-manage onboarding across teams and locations.
• Advocacy and Feedback: relay customer needs to Product, Eng, Support, Marketing.
• Metrics and Reporting: track health, retention, and growth metrics in CRM.
