Eltropy is hiring a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of roughly 20 high-impact financial institution customers and deliver outcomes using our AI-powered platform.

You will partner with executives to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction, aligning product needs with customer goals while coordinating with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure success.

Formación

• 5+ years of deep client-facing experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites up to 25%.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on helping customers succeed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and executive presence across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts, building executive-level partnerships.
• Develop and execute multi-year success plans to drive adoption and ROI.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales for upsell discussions.
• Program-manage onboarding projects across multiple teams and locations.
• Advocate customer needs internally and relay feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics and communicate status to stakeholders.
