Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and build executive relationships.
• Lead regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI from Eltropy.
• Identify churn risks and drive retention, expansion, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning and seamless handoffs.
