Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of roughly 20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered communications platform while driving retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews. You will develop multi-year success plans, monitor health metrics, collaborate with Sales on expansions, lead onboarding, and advocate for customers

Qualifications

• Deep (5+ years) customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for reviews and executive engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts, building executive partnerships and driving ROI.
• Develop and execute multi-year success plans to achieve business goals.
• Identify risk of churn and intervene early using health metrics and usage data.
• Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities and seamless handoffs.
• Lead onboarding and adoption initiatives across multiple teams and locations.
• Advocate for customers with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing.
