Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 1–3 years in ticket sales, sports sales, customer service, business development, or related fields
• Experience achieving sales goals and managing customer relationships
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell season tickets, group sales, and premium experiences to drive revenue.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast within CRM.
• Develop outbound sales strategies and lead generation.
• Retain and upsell to season members.
• Provide exceptional fan service and resolve issues.
• Coordinate fan experiences and events.
• Assist with match-day operations and ticketing orders.
