Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Tessitura.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Proven administrative skills with ability to follow through on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket orders and subscriptions.
• Run reports for metrics and audience data.
• Oversee special projects within Ticket Services.
• Train and mentor Ticket Services Representatives.
• Handle customer relations and inquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
