The Old Globe in Balboa Park, San Diego, seeks a Lead Ticket Services Representative to support the Ticket Services Director, manage ticket orders, run reports, and supervise staff. This role emphasizes accuracy, excellent customer service, and efficient ticketing operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, experience with Tessitura, and proficiency in Excel, with evening and weekend availability. This full-time position includes 401(k) and theatre tickets as benefits.

The Old Globe, one of San Diego’s most celebrated professional theatres, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual with strong ticketing and customer service skills to join our Ticket Services team in beautiful Balboa Park. The Lead Ticket Services Representative will assist the Ticket Services Director and Assistant Ticket Services Director in all tasks of the ticket office.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Processing ticket orders and subscriptionsRunning reportsOverseeing special projectsTraining and mentoring Ticket Services RepresentativesHandling customer relationsPerforming other administrative duties as neededThe Old Globe is actively committed to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, inclusion, & access in all areas of our operation. This is a full-time, benefited position including 401(k) and theatre tickets.
