Job summary

The Old Globe in Balboa Park is seeking a Lead Ticket Services Representative who combines ticketing expertise with strong customer service. The role supports the Ticket Services Director and handles orders, reports, and staff guidance, while ensuring equitable service and accurate data.

The position is full-time with benefits including 401(k) and theatre tickets; evening and weekend availability is required; Tessitura experience and advanced Excel skills are highly valued.

Lead Ticket Service RepresentativeThe Old Globe, one of San Diego’s most celebrated professional theatres, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual with strong ticketing and customer service skills to join our Ticket Services team in beautiful Balboa Park. The Lead Ticket Services Representative will assist the Ticket Services Director and Assistant Ticket Services Director in all tasks of the ticket office.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Processing ticket orders and subscriptionsRunning reportsOverseeing special projectsTraining and mentoring Ticket Services RepresentativesHandling customer relationsPerforming other administrative duties as neededThe Old Globe is actively committed to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, inclusion, & access in all areas of our operation. This is a full-time, benefited position including 401(k) and theatre tickets.
