Job summary

You will maintain VIP relations, handle routine ticketing needs, and collaborate with event management to ensure exceptional patron service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ticket office operations, including opening/closing, daily sales reporting, and ticket holds.
• Ability to deliver courteous, responsive customer service to patrons, VIPs, donors, and staff.
• Experience coordinating staff schedules and providing guidance to leads and pooled staff.

Responsibilities
