Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Thought Leader Liaison for Lung Oncology and Head & Neck Oncology to support the Midwest region, Great Plains District (KS, OK, AR, MO, IL). This field-based role drives KOL engagement and collaborates with Brand, sales, and medical teams to advance oncology education and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in marketing/medical roles, strong cross-functional leadership, and a strategic mindset with a focus on patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal & external stakeholders to innovate and deliver results.
• Experience engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Understanding industry trends and developing strategies to stay ahead and maximize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Serve as a key member of the RYBREVANT Brand team with market insights.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional marketing education & engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with analytics to understand regional treatment patterns for placement of insights.
• Monitor regional marketing budget and provide feedback on business planning.
• Shape innovative educational platforms for national and regional needs.
• Lead brand strategy mapping and governance including CAC, MRC, and agency management.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to place insights and third-party programs.
• Potentially manage other oncology TLLs to grow capability.
• Maintain understanding of ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guidelines.
