MBSE, SysML and CAMEO experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Minimum 3 years managing EVMS (Earned Value Management System).
• Experience in integration and test environments.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab and facility design, integration, and test activities.
• Lead a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Interface with customers and manage formal deliverables.
• Ensure infrastructure and tools meet milestones for SOW and test needs.
• Direct test, demonstration, and operations for Sentinel milestones.
