Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT seeks a Test Engineering Manager 3 to lead a diverse team of engineers, technicians and support staff on the Sentinel program. The role centers on lab design, integration and test, with direct customer interface to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 8 years of related work experience, or Masters with 6 years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Minimum 3 years managing EVMS; CAM certified.
• Experience in Integration and Test Environments.
• Experience in team management, task scheduling and team building.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab and facility design, integration and test; lead diverse design/ test teams.
• Interface with customer and manage formal deliverables.
• Ensure infrastructure and support equipment meet milestones and SOW requirements.
• Direct test, demonstration and operations activities for Sentinel milestones.
