Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior leader to own the infrastructure test and training facilities, including cradle-to grave program execution as CAM, directing a multi-disciplinary team to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

This full-time role requires US Citizenship, an active Secret clearance (Top Secret possible), and 8 years in a STEM field (6 with a Master's). Experience with EVMS, DoD programs, and weapon system integration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Master's.
• US Citizenship with active Secret Clearance; investigation date within last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and Special Programs access.
• Minimum 1 year Aerospace/Defense sector experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Experience in construction execution and weapon system integration.

Responsibilities

• General Ownership - lead planning, contracting, design, and execution of test and training sites.
• Cost & Schedule Management (CAM) - maintain EVMS baseline; track cost, schedule and performance.
• Cross Functional Team Leadership - direct design, construction, and field operations leads.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management - liaison to DoD customers, primes, and suppliers; prepare briefings.
• Talent Development & Culture - mentor engineers; drive hiring, training and retention.
• Special Projects & Support - contribute to proposals, reviews, audits, and ad hoc tasks.
