Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior Test Planning Engineer for the SPARC Assembly team. This on-site, full-time role focuses on planning and approving test campaigns, procedures, and instructions to accelerate project milestones while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will generate test procedures, manage risk analysis, and lead complex troubleshooting with a focus on high voltage and hazardous testing. Strong MS Office and 3D modeling skills are required.

• BS in Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Translate test requirements into procedures and instructions for complex tests, ensuring safety and quality.
• Develop test campaigns and schedules, coordinating with engineering and technician teams.
• Lead troubleshooting actions and analyze test results to drive improvements and risk reduction.
• Create clear, concise procedures and templates for version control and knowledge capture.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory policies in field activities.
