Qualifications

• Five years in manufacturing, testing, HVAC, industrial equipment, or related field.
• Experience with advanced testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and staffing to support production schedules.
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting with hands-on team support.
• Ensure testing meets quality, safety, workmanship, and customer standards.
• Monitor production flow, equipment readiness, and material availability.
• Verify current test procedures and engineering docs are used.
• Identify recurring failures and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Train and support Tester I–III on procedures and workmanship.
• Support on-job training, cross-training, and continuous improvement.
• Track testing performance, production output, and schedule attainment.
• Maintain 5S, safety, quality, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
