Jabil is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Machine Support group, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards upheld. The role requires leadership of Process Engineers, Industrial Techs, WAVE Techs, and Machine Support Techs, plus hands-on knowledge of SMT and through-hole equipment.

You will coach and develop staff, plan maintenance activities, and coordinate line moves and equipment updates while maintaining safety and compliance across operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; and three years experience in maintenance management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMT and thru-hole equipment/gear; process optimization and SPC knowledge.
• Familiarity with DFM/DFT, line balancing, and DOE methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the activities of the Machine Support group and maintains production schedules.
• Lead and develop PE/industrial techs and machine support staff; recruit and train.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in operational metrics.
• Plan maintenance activities, manage line moves/builds, and coordinate vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and process compliance across the department.
