Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing test engineering or similar role.
• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems and Hipot testing.
• Coaching or leading operators/technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift PDC test operations with focus on safety and production.
• Supervise Test Operators and Technicians; provide coaching and training.
• Document detractors, failures, downtime, and safety concerns clearly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for safety, quality, and throughput.
• Troubleshoot electrical, controls, fixtures, and equipment-related test issues.
