Job summary

Jabil in Memphis is seeking a Test Engineer II to lead second-shift PDC test operations, focusing on electrical and functional testing of large-form assemblies and system-level electronics. You will supervise Test Operators, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across test processes.

The role covers 480VAC/120VAC power, 24VDC controls, Hipot testing, interlocks, and validation. End-of-year relocation to Byhalia, MS is expected; a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 3–5

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in manufacturing test engineering or similar role.
Experience with high-voltage electrical systems and Hipot testing.
Coaching or leading operators/technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead second-shift PDC test operations with focus on safety and production.
Supervise Test Operators and Technicians; provide coaching and training.
Document detractors, failures, downtime, and safety concerns clearly.
Contribute to continuous improvement for safety, quality, and throughput.
Troubleshoot electrical, controls, fixtures, and equipment-related test issues.
