Jabil is seeking a Sr. Test Engineering Manager to lead and optimize test strategies across systems, equipment, and processes. You will manage people, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional support to customers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leadership of a Test Engineering department, development of Workcell/ISO/QS implementations, and cost reduction through automation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of test engineering in SMT industry.
• Experience with commercial and custom automated test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and communicate with leadership.
• Strong problem solving under tight deadlines with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotations for new models to drive growth.
• Lead Test Engineering Dept. with efficient operations and integrity.
• Develop department structure, seating capacity, and forecast; manage metrics.
• Research and implement Workcell, ISO/QS systems.
• Analyze performance data and improve testing processes.
• Mentor and manage Test Engineering staff; plan training.
• Ensure maintenance of test equipment to minimize downtime.
• Explore new test technologies for value creation.
