Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Test Line Lead to coordinate daily testing operations, provide hands-on support to the test team, and drive safe, accurate, and efficient product testing. You will assign work based on production priorities, monitor workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes testing processes, equipment readiness, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet production and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, testing, HVAC, industrial equipment, electromechanical systems, diagnostics, or a related technical field.
• Experience performing advanced testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and staffing assignments to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities while providing hands-on support to the test team.
• Ensure testing activities meet quality, safety, workmanship, and customer standards.
• Monitor production flow, testing equipment readiness, and material availability to minimize downtime and support productivity.
• Verify only current and approved test procedures, work instructions, and engineering documentation are used.
• Identify recurring failures and work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive corrective actions.
• Train and support Tester I, Tester II, and Tester III employees on testing procedures, troubleshooting, and workmanship standards.
• Support on-the-job training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track testing performance, production output, and schedule attainment.
• Maintain compliance with 5S, safety, quality, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
