The role covers lab stand-up, integration, and testing across multiple scrum teams, aligning requirements with schedule and cost constraints.

You will manage lab operations, develop test plans, and ensure rigorous verification while collaborating with systems, software, and hardware teams. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience or Master's with 6 years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required and SAP approval capability.
• Experience in lab environments and test campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage test engineers across multiple scrum teams with technical and functional leadership.
• Plan and direct lab stand-up, design, integration, and operations activities.
• Translate customer needs into lab architectures balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Develop integration plans, lab budgets, and processes to ensure compliance.
• Design and implement testing methods, procedures, and equipment.
• Coordinate system, integration, regression, verification, and product testing.
• Analyze data against requirements and propose test changes as needed.
• Support DOORS requirements and apply MBSE with DoDAF/SysML.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and test teams to align lab needs.
