Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, Utah is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 2 to lead a discipline team and drive technical excellence on the Sentinel program. You will mentor a section of engineers, manage personnel performance, and align staffing with project goals.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and experience in test networks, with responsibilities spanning staffing, performance management, and coordinating with program leadership.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Experience developing and supporting test networks.
• Experience leading project and/or program teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow, develop, and manage a diverse team of engineers.
• Develop and deploy a flight test network.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture and implement requirements.
• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Provide people leadership including performance management and staffing.
• Develop and maintain metrics to monitor team progress.
• Manage cost accounts within the assigned SOW.
