Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 2 to join the Sentinel System Test Team for the Mission Integration Facility in Roy, UT. This role focuses on the design, integration, and build of system test labs, and includes management of engineering release, systems engineering, and cost and schedule.

The successful candidate must have an active DoD Secret security clearance and experience leading engineering teams, with relocation assistance possibly available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of related work experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance at time of application; SAP approval ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, integration, and build of system test labs and test assets.
• Manage engineering release, systems engineering, and cost/schedule.
• Direct concurrent operations while maintaining test rigor and configuration management.
• Coordinate staffing for test activities within the SILs and manage crew schedules.
• Communicate issues and provide solutions across IPTs and users of the MIF lines.
• Drive process rigor and ensure compliance with company, program, and security requirements.
