Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Principal or Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. The role focuses on test planning, MBSE-driven test execution, and Agile team leadership to ensure system-level testing across prototype, development, and qualification stages.

Candidates should have DoD Secret clearance (or eligibility) and a strong background in test planning, DoDAF familiarity, and experience with test automation tools.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
Experience in system test planning, MBSE, and agile environments
Knowledge of DoDAF is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules.
Lead/test integration and coordinate activities across teams.
Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare evaluations.
Apply MBSE and tools (CAMEO/DOORS) in test planning and execution.
