Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 2 to lead a Functional Home Room of 6–12 engineers and to drive technical work on the Sentinel program. You will provide mentorship, performance management, staffing, and metric tracking while coordinating with program leadership to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Relocation assistance may be available; U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance required, within scope.
• Experience supporting development of test networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a diverse team of network engineers and system admins.
• Develop and deploy a flight test network.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture requirements and implement capabilities.
• Interface with internal and external customers and leadership.
• Manage staffing, performance, and merit planning; track team metrics.
