Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Test Engineer III for the VEEx Team in Van Horn, TX. You will contribute to test planning and execution for diverse propulsion hardware, from cryo-fluid systems to engines, ensuring safety and quality in a demanding environment.

You will lead test activities, analyze results, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet program requirements. Prior experience in a testing role and strong fundamentals in fluids/thermodynamics are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years in a testing environment.
• 2+ years executing test procedures.
• Experience with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test campaigns for engine components.
• Identify and mitigate risks in testing.
• Integrate test articles and hardware for campaigns.
• Perform pre- and post-test inspections.
• Review data and perform performance analysis.
