Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a testing environment or related hands‑on engineering role.
• Understanding of engineering and testing fundamentals.
• Proven familiarity with data analysis.
• Understanding in technical fundamentals of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
• Project management, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical and non-technical writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, construct, operate, and maintain test facilities to support the development and production of liquid rocket engines.
• Generate and implement test procedures involving high pressure inert and non-inert gas systems and cryogenic fluid systems.
• Review and interpret test data to assess facility health and performance both at the system and component level.
• Specify and procure components and materials; handle vendors and subcontractors.
• Plan and complete facility maintenance and construction of new facility capabilities.
• Contribute to schedule, configuration, quality, cost, and process safety management.
• Find opportunities for continuous improvements to promote workplace safety, meet demanding schedules, and secure cost savings.
