Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales background in Commercial Overhead Doors, Dock Equipment, or Residential Garage Doors.
• Technical estimating acumen for openings, framing, wiring, and dock leveler pits.
• Commercial project experience with reading drawings and bids.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and accounts across Fond du Lac and East-Central Wisconsin, closing high-value door and dock packages.
• Maintain a field schedule with 15+ in-person meetings and site walks monthly.
• Partner with contractors and facility managers from scoping to contract signing.
• Collaborate with local team on project execution and field operations.
