The role emphasizes strategic sales planning, relationship management with architects and contractors, and hands-on coaching of sales teams to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifikationen

• MBA preferred and not mandatory.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in building materials, ceramics, FMCG or consumer durables.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong dealer/distributor management and market expansion knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by driving primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
• Appoint, develop and manage dealers/distributors with strong relationships and optimal inventory levels.
• Identify and develop new opportunities across retail, project and institutional segments to expand market reach.
• Drive brand visibility through in-market execution of displays, promotions and local marketing initiatives.
• Lead and coach Sales Officers/Executives to maintain high productivity and discipline.
• Engage with architects, builders and contractors for project sales and maintain accurate sales reports and MIS.
