Job summary

Dal‑Tile, the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States and a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, seeks a Sr Manager Sales to lead a Field Sales team, shape sales strategies, and drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction in a geographic region.

Key duties include participating in sales calls, forecasting targets, building relationships with key customers, analyzing local market trends, and overseeing CRM usage to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 8-10 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Field Sales team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales forecasts and targets for geography and team.
• Build relationships with key customers and address their needs.
• Analyze local market trends to adapt sales strategies.
• Optimize geographic assignments to maximize opportunities.

• Oversee CRM usage for interactions and pipeline management.
