Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a Sr Manager Sales to lead a Field Sales team across a defined geography. You will develop sales strategies, forecast targets, manage key accounts, and drive revenue to meet annual goals.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations and leadership to optimize territory coverage, monitor performance, and coach the team. Travel approximately 50% is required, with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 8–10 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Routinely participate in sales calls with Field Sales team members to supplement selling efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to develop and manage sales forecasting and targets for geography.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and collaborate with Sales Representatives to address needs or issues.
• Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, competition, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies.
• Optimize geographic assignments for Field Sales team members to maximize opportunities and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular sales team meetings to review performance and share best practices.
• Serve as escalation contact for Field Sales team to resolve customer issues.
• Oversee the use of CRM to manage interactions, activities and pipeline.
• Monitor selling techniques and provide feedback on performance and tactics.
• Monitor geographic expense reporting and travel policies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
