Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Territory Manager for Interventional Solutions in Philadelphia, PA. This field-based role focuses on Cardiovascular and Coronary therapies, partnering with clinical specialists to drive sales in a defined US territory.

You will engage physicians and staff in cath labs, promote products such as AGENT drug-coated balloon, IVUS, DES, catheters, and balloons, and develop new accounts while expanding usage in current ones.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5years previous experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs for existing and potential accounts.
• Develops action plans (weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing sales figures and coordinating with Regional Sales Manager to meet annual goals.
• Determines customer needs (product, pricing), goals, usage, and case types by engaging physicians and staff to tailor product solutions.
• Observes procedures in cath labs and ORs to understand nuances of physician teams and hospital staff.
• Establishes pricing packages with internal teams to address customer needs while following company guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with pricing, marketing or clinical teams as needed.
• Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify new contacts and key decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of products through presentations and demonstrations to secure commitments.
