Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling calls with current and potential customers to meet revenue growth targets.
• Develops and implements sales strategies considering product, competition and pricing for hospital personnel and physicians.
• Creates and follows action plans from quarterly and monthly sales data to achieve annual goals.
• Identifies customer needs and determines product usage and case types to address physicians’ and staff needs.
• Observes procedures in cath labs and ORs to tailor product solutions for physicians and lab staff.
• Establishes pricing packages in collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs while complying with company policies.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints by proposing feasible solutions with cross-functional support.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff to identify decision-makers across departments for future sales opportunities.
• Educates customers on device usage and clinical benefits through presentations and demonstrations to secure commitments.
