Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Interventional Cardiology Clinical Specialist to drive adoption and ensure safe, effective use of its portfolio across assigned hospitals and cath labs in the United States. You will provide end-to-end clinical support, assist physicians during procedures, and design territory plans aligned with strategic priorities.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, therapy awareness, and collaboration with sales to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education.
Minimum of 3 years supporting or performing interventional cardiology procedures (PCI and related therapies).
Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presentations and education.
Fully bilingual English/Spanish; able to educate and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person clinical case support in cath labs and hospitals during procedures.
Serve as the primary clinical resource for therapy adoption, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
Educate physicians, nurses, and staff through training and demonstrations.
Engage stakeholders to expand therapy awareness and opportunities for integration.
Collaborate with sales to align field efforts with regional goals.
Travel regularly to support customers and drive territory growth.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
