Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' sales experience.
• Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills.
• Ability to take on a large number of accounts.
• Must live within the assigned geographical territory.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining relevant factors of existing and potential accounts to promote the company's products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Develops action plans by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve annual sales goals.
• Determines needs of customers by meeting with physicians and hospital personnel to learn which products address their needs.
• Observes procedures in cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology lab to gain insights for accounts.
• Establishes pricing packages with relevant personnel to address customer needs while following company guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints by developing solutions with related personnel.
• Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify purchasing decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on merits and usage of company products via presentations and demonstrations to secure purchasing commitments.
