Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years previous experience in sales.
• Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet customers and achieve revenue goals.
• Develops sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs for accounts.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures to meet annual goals.
• Determines customer needs, goals, and product usage to tailor solutions.
• Observes procedures in cath labs to understand physician needs.
• Establishes pricing packages addressing customer needs while following company policies.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff to identify key buying decision makers.
• Educates customers on clinical usage of products via presentations and demonstrations.
