Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining relevant factors (e.g., product, competition and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to promote the company's products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports to identify needs of particular accounts and coordinate with Regional Sales Manager.
• Determines needs, goals, product usage and case types for customers by meeting with physicians and hospital staff to tailor solutions.
• Observes procedures in the lab and OR to understand nuances of each physician and staff.
• Establishes pricing by working with relevant personnel to address customer needs while following company guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints to develop feasible solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to identify decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on clinical usage of products through presentations and demonstrations to secure commitments.

Education
