Liberty Mutual Group seeks a results-driven Senior Territory Manager to own a defined geographic territory, driving premium growth and agency performance across a broad commercial portfolio. This field-focused role partners with independent agents and brokers to balance small commercial flow with targeted larger accounts.

Ideal candidates bring deep relationship management, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, plus the ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Six years of progressively responsible insurance sales and management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of products, underwriting, marketing, and industry trends.
• Proven revenue growth and sales success.
• Licensed by state if required.
• Willingness to travel daily with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a geographic territory with growth and profitability targets.
• Lead agency management activities including planning, engagement, and training.
• Maintain a large agency footprint (100+ storefronts) and optimize performance.
• Build durable agency relationships through in-person and digital channels.
• Deliver product expertise and underwriting guidance.
• Drive small commercial flow while pursuing mid-to-large accounts.
• Collaborate with underwriting and risk teams to optimize profitability.
