Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence, accelerate Aquablation adoption, and expand the system reach across a key territory. You will build surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and execute growth strategies to increase procedural volume and market penetration.

You will guide physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams, ensure training and workflow integration, and mentor Territory Managers on account planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case within 60 days post Aqua Academy, with potential coaching support if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals.
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train physicians through the surgeon pathway.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth and market penetration.
• Partner with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy.
• Mentor Territory Managers on account planning, procedural efficiency, and utilization growth.
• Identify barriers in surgeon/patient pathways and optimize scheduling and workflows.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to maximize scheduling and utilization (“AquaDays”).
• Develop utilization strategies for each account including staffing, workflow integration, and adoption metrics.
• Conduct business reviews with customers presenting utilization data and growth opportunities.
