Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of Aquablation across a key territory. You will expand market reach by developing surgeon champions, partnering with hospital leadership, and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and rapid growth.

In this role, you will mentor Territory Managers, collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams, and execute utilization strategies to increase procedures per site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
• Achieve clinical proficiency within 60 days post-training; 30 days supplemental coaching if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals.
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth in existing and new accounts.
• Build surgeon champions and Key Opinion Leader relationships to accelerate growth.
• Partner with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy.
• Mentor Territory and Associate Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth.
• Leverage understanding of surgeon and patient pathways to identify barriers and expand program reach.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to maximize procedural scheduling and drive efficiency (AquaDays).
• Develop and execute utilization strategies for each account to increase adoption and growth.
• Conduct business reviews with customers, presenting utilization data and growth opportunities.
• Align cross-functional partners around shared utilization goals and customer experience standards.
