Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of Aquablation robotics across strategically important hospitals in the United States. You will develop surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and execute growth strategies to increase procedural volume and market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
• Clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after Aqua Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals.
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy.
• Mentor Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth.
• Develop utilization strategies for each account and drive adoption.
