Job summary

T-ROC in the United States is hiring a Senior Territory Field Lead to drive revenue growth, enable agents, and mentor regional TFLs. You’ll partner with the Regional Manager, provide field guidance, and help execute priority launches while balancing home-market commitments.

This senior individual-contributor role emphasizes credibility, coaching, data-driven insights, and cross-market collaboration to raise territory performance and consistency.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or developing peers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a peer-led role.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and region.

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals by implementing localized enablement plans to grow revenue.
• Strengthen Agent capabilities through product knowledge and tailored strategies.
• Coordinate field readiness and training to improve territory performance.
• Train and onboard TFLs and provide ongoing coaching to peers.
• Balance home-market commitments with regional-support time.
