Job summary

Catalyst Recruiting seeks a Senior Territory Sales Manager for the San Diego area (Oceanside south). This remote/home-based role requires periodic visits to a Los Angeles office and on-site customer engagements to present engineered safety solutions such as walkways, rails, guards, and anchor systems.

Qualifications

• Must have experience selling engineered products B2B to decision makers in commercial/industrial construction, manufacturing, warehousing, etc.
• Experience working with and hitting or exceeding goals
• Experience more than 5 years in sales/account management
• Skilled with consultative selling to find value, not just price
• Excellent communication on sites, with customers, in presentations

Responsibilities

• Outside sales - hunter with technical/consultative approach
• Work with company-provided qualified leads and find own leads; pursue both
• Perform site surveys to address ANSI/OSHA compliance issues
• Prepare detailed quotations for site-specific engineered products
• Coordinate with engineering, inside sales and logistics to deliver a seamless experience
• Resolve shipping/logistics, credit, engineering issues blocking progress
• Track activities in CRM and leverage market analysis to generate new business
