Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing strategy, margin analysis, and business case development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional opportunities across diverse teams.
• Experience with CRM, quotation, tendering, and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender strategy and opportunity leadership throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and execute bid-winning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze customer requirements, competitive landscape, and project drivers.
• Drive commercial decision-making to maximize win probability and profitability.
• Coordinate all tender activities in accordance with CPP methodology and ensure timely submissions.
