Qualifications

• Minimum five years Teller experience is required.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Teller sales and service to ensure guidelines and brand standards are met; lead by example.
• Coach Teller staff to apply sales and referral activities.
• Supervise daily Teller operations: cash drawers, balances, counterfeit currency, vault and ATM procedures.
• Train and supervise new Tellers; monitor performance and scheduling.
• Protect the bank from risk by following procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
• Communicate with Financial Center and Bank leadership about Teller activities.
• May serve as Security Coordinator for the branch.
• Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community events.
• Provide consistent FirstBank service experience to all customers.
• Ensure compliance with laws, internal controls, and risk management policies.
