Qualifications

• Completed teller training program and passing score on training post-test.
• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash handling experience required.
• 1 year of retail banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch customer service functions and monitor customer flow.
• Operate teller drawer and balance cash; resolve cash discrepancies.
• Supervise teller operations, scheduling, audits, and compliance.
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell and refer within the branch.
• Provide backup support to other branches and mentor colleagues.
