Qualifications

• Successful completion of Teller training and passing the post-test.
• Commitment to customer service excellence and meeting sales objectives.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Intermediate PC proficiency and office software familiarity.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller operations, staffing, audits and compliance.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers.
• Operate teller drawer and handle advanced transactions.
• Identify root causes of service issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and promotions.
• Achieve defined sales and service goals.
• Audit teller activities and balance cash regularly.
• Handle vault transactions and balance vault/ATM.
• Cross-sell and refer customers to meet needs.
• Assist and mentor colleagues as needed.
